I will create a 3D renders (and provide project files) of interior rooms/spaces to the level of detail you require.
The Layout package will be an untextured model of the room with all the furniture where you require (I can provide renders with the furniture in a selection of places if you are trying to decide on a layout).
The Complete package will then be fully textured and lit.
For the "Lived In" package, I will then populate the room with many little objects and details to make the room as it would appear in day to day life. For example, in an office I would include documents, pens and pencils ect out on the desks.
With all 3 I can include a character model for scale if that is what is required.
