I've be been designing in 3D for a number of years now and for the last year have been Creating Photo Realistic 3D Visuals.
I have successfully completed a number of projects ranging from larger coporate builds to smaller redidential ones. Both interrior and Exterior.

I am Using 3DS MAx to create the visuals and also have expeirence of numerous autocad softwares,
so i cna work from these designs or from architectural plans.
