I asked Tatiana to set up my store with U.S. products. She assured me that she had but when I was finally able to see the backend of my Shopify store, the products were all sourced from China. I made clear that I wanted them sourced from the U.S. and she assured me along the way that they were. In addition, I worked with Tatiana to try to correct the grammar in the descriptions she provided, however, she continued to delay and then did not provide adequately corrected revisions. The descriptions simply did not make sense to a native English speaker in addition to having incorrect grammar. I am concerned that she is not from Australia as my Shopify site listed her IP address in Somalia.

I find this review completely false on all levels. Firstly, I am not from Somalia and showed you that there are sometimes issues with the IP address logged in Shopify on occassions. Also, all the products were sourced from U.S based suppliers and I provided proof of this in screenshots so this is a complete lie. Furthermore, the client wanted work completed and specific (very specific!) requests outside the scope of work agreed upon. I was more than acommodating to make the changes but the demands of this client were extreme and her attitude was consistently rude again questioning my intelligence.
